TSC Intelligence Unit to Unveil New and Exclusive Research on HR Buyers at the InfluenceHR Conference
InfluenceHR Conference, Being Held the Day Before the HR Technology® Conference & Exposition, Shatters Its Attendance Record Thanks to Stout Agenda, High-profile Keynote Speakers, and First Look at Unique Research on HR Buyers
SAN FRANCISCO (Oct. 1, 2014) — The Starr Conspiracy (TSC), a strategic marketing and advertising agency for enterprise software and services companies, will unveil new and exclusive research at the 2014 InfluenceHR conference in Las Vegas on Oct. 6 that shows a significant evolution of human capital management software and solutions aimed at bolstering employee engagement.
Complete survey results of more than 300 human resource leaders — conducted jointly by TSC’s Intelligence Unit and Human Resource Executive® magazine — will be released at the InfluenceHR conference. Respondents overwhelmingly rate employee engagement as important to the leadership team, at 76 percent, according to the data. Just more than half (56 percent) said they are not satisfied with the level of employee engagement in their organization.
“This unique research that we’ll unveil at InfluenceHR shows us that HR software and solutions are focusing heavily on talent management and trying to close the gap between the expectation of employee engagement and what the measurable results are showing us,” said Steve Smith, TSC partner and chief of the San Francisco-based TSC Intelligence Unit (TSCIU).
The new research is just one of many key insight that will be shared at InfluenceHR, which already has a record number of registered attendees.
InfluenceHR keynote Brent Adamson, co-author of the best-selling book The Challenger Sale, is one of the most sought-after speakers in the industry. InfluenceHR’s other keynote speaker, Lori Wizdo, a principal B2B analyst with Forrester, brings more than 25 years of experience in marketing.
Record turnout is expected for the InfluenceHR conference, which is being held the day before the HR Technology® Conference & Exposition in Las Vegas. InfluenceHR continues to draw top executives and pre-eminent thought leaders in the HCM arena. Chaired for the fourth time by industry veteran and conference founder George LaRocque, it is the only conference that focuses on sales and marketing in HCM. LaRocque is also TSCIU’s director of go-to-market services.
The conference agenda will include:
- “The New HR Tech Sales Playbook” with George LaRocque and Marc Maloy, Dave Carter, and Mike Hard
- “Marketing with Agile” with Kristin Runyan
- “The Perfect Mashup: Successfully Blending Your Personal and Professional Brands” with Rayanne Thorn
- “Relaunched: How a Successful Rebrand Transformed a Company's Business and Culture” with Gene Pease and Mia Heckendorf
Additional panels of marketers and analysts will share insights into HR buyers and reveal how to get substantial results from big data.
InfluenceHR will also recognize marketers who have made a difference in HCM. InfluenceHR Marketing Awards will be given to winners at the conference.
